If the likes of CPW are making calls there is no chance we will have the blue by wednesday,
If you do get one you've effectively got a defective unit as Samsung wont have made the decision to recall lightly due to the backlash.
If it was a simple problem with the back cover it would surely be easier to just send them out afterwards so there must be more to it

Just spoke to one of the live support team from vodafone:
"Abhinay: Appreciate your patience Rob, I just checked with the warehouse team and they said that there are possibilities of delayed delivery for the pre orders as the demand for the phone is too high at the moment."
Edit: just been told that "It probably might not be delivered on Wednesday." O.o

It's not going to be the end of the world if you get it a few days late.
I just rang mobiles.co.uk to ask them when I can expect delivery of the S3 which I preordered, and they said it's been posted out and should be with you tomorrow. No despatch email or nothing, but it should be here tomorrow!? Guess I'll find out tomorrow how reliable they are...

Well I just tried to call Expansys and apparently there offices are closed and could please call between 9am-6pm mon-fri .......funny its monday and 16:45
