I only drink wine and spirits so it doesn't really bother me. However it seems to be part of a more general trend of reductions in food portions and so on without a reduction in price. A random example is that I used to be able to purchase 2.4kg of mince for £10 at Tesco. I went in last week and it's now 1.8kg for the same price. Hardly anyone is seeing pay increases yet everything is either being skimped on or simply increasing in price. Starting to annoy me.
Go to your local butchers! 6lb prime mince (not the cheap sort) minced on site £6 at my local, I buy it and split it in to packs then bung them in the freezer.
As for larger, well who really cares I can **** stronger fizzy stuff! Cider Me up BABY!!
