There is no way that Play will have the stock, they havent been told or just holding on to the info before telling their customers.

Samsung Westfield will be holding their launch event tomorrow as planned, seems their stock is sound, which is expected as they will have gotten their orders and stock way before anyone else.

O2 told me earlier if I order today it will be mid june for them to dispatch the white phones. I am seriously considering leaving them though. Others are doing identical tarriffs or better but not charging 100 quid for the phone, and on a side note, customer loyalty does not exist anymore.

2/4 weeks but with massive stock lag for weeks after, so glad I wasn't relying on this, I reckon they'll do something like the voucher codes that came with the Note for free movies and music as a sorry please like us gesture, I would if I were them.
