I want to join some random games, but scared that my character will get hacked. Is the rumors legit or silly trolls scaring people like me? :p

Same for me, albeit I bought an item instead of sold one. The 150K I spent has been removed from my balance and my Auction Log definitely says I've bought it, yet the item never appeared in my Completed Items list.

Blizzard have said that they looked in to those kind of claims and found no evidence to support them. Basically, Blizzard said its ********. But then again, do you trust them? :p
 
Panicked for a second - thought this thread had vanished - but nah it had just disappeared off of the first page for the first time! :p

Just as I was going to see how good a weapon I could now use! :(

Just killed Bezial on Nightmare, went down very quick with my L42 Barb, especially with Frenzy + Beserker. 5000dps :D
 
AH Is currently offline it seems...

I've been farming Act 1 inferno on my barb doing Butcher runs.

Really good cash and it's certainly helped with my gear, noticing a big improvement with resists.
 
Yeah, AH is offline. And 200k just disappeared :( Oh well, I'm sure it'll turn up....

Really looking forward to farming Act 1 Inferno. Finished Act 2 Hell earlier, so should probably be able to complete Hell tomorrow - gear should already be good enough.

Jealous, can't seem to kill the butcher reliably with my WD.
25k DPS is a bit too low to zerg with bears, and with my lag being a bit of a problem I can't reliably dodge the hook attack so staying at range is an issue.

Friend is killing without problem on his monk with far inferior gear =/
 
I just had the worst bug possible, went to fight Izual on nightmare with my monk, every time I fight him it spawned 2 of him!

Managed to beat it after about 10 attempts with a super defensive build. Its lame the AH is down because I really need some upgrades if I want to stand a chance in hell difficulty :S

Some real issues with the AH tonight

I'm glad they took it down to fix it. I've lost about 2m in gold and items that just seems to fall into some black hole...
 
Ergh, I've had so much bad luck. Cleared all of nightmare from azmodan and up to skele king of hell tonight and didn't get a single yellow drop. Absolute trash blues all the way :(

Gonna have to spend some serious cash in the AH at this rate...
 
The AH should come through if it's anything like last night....

I woke up this morning with loads of items and money that I'd bought last night that didn't go through this morning....

Only got 12k dps buffed with my Barb and I don't really have issues. May have to use a health pot at times though. :)

Is that the purple dark berserker before maghda?

Not much to say really, he hits like an absolute truck and has some kind of avenger like self buff where he becomes stupidly fast. He doesnt spawn if you want to farm magdha though, so just hunker down and kill him.
 
Man I need to save up for a Promise Lantern. Legendary ring with +11% chance to block on it. That is INSANE!

Coupled with a high block shield (Stormshields go up to 32!) you can have 43% block lol

That is ridiculous, no wonder people like Kripparrian seem to be invincible on their barbarians.

Nope, it's the one in Act 2 on the Arkunaz pass or whatever it's called.

He really does hit hard and faster (which is the main problem) than other berserkers.
