not sure mate, the engineer that did my upgrade said that the upload speeds won't change until they have finished the current download speed upgrades.

The upload speeds are changing at the same time as the download speeds... I know, because I've had my upgrade:

Today hasn't had any slow downs either apparently (I wasn't in but the other half has been)... so maybe these hardware upgrades they're doing with the rollout are improving the oversubscribed areas a bit

I think if you request an upgrade before you are automatically upgraded then your upload speeds remain the same until the rest of your area are all done. (automatically)

I've been upgraded to 60Mb from 10Mb after discussion with Virgin's retentions dept.

Downloading the 1GB test file from here (http://www.thinkbroadband.com/download.html) is pretty consistent for me.

No flash on the browser on this server and I'm not installing it

From memory, the speedtest.net result was around 62Mb/s Down and 2.96Mb/s up.

Very pleased apart from the shocking saga I had prior to the SuperHub arriving!

The upgrades for upload are coming later because it (apparently) requires an update to the Superhub to fix upstream line bonding, which is being trialled as we speak.

You haven't had the first upload speed upgrade - that's why.

If you were on 100/10 - you will be on 120/12

If you were on 100/5 - then you will be on 120/5

Just stuck the superhub on modem mode and added an Asus RT-N66U... and I'm rather impressed... it's given me a massive improvement in latencies - greatly noticeable when browsing the web & a good few ms off in BF3

Doesn't really matter what router you have as long as it's not bargain basement, it doesn't take much to beat the superhub

well im on 100Mb but 5 Mb upload. i hope in july they will upgrade the hardware in my area

my connection as got bad by the looks of it.

ether most people in my area as upgraded to 100Mb or theres a issue.

but im still getting good speed and ping

surely the ping should be 28+ going by TBB
