call me paranoid but is there any danger of playing on the US servers, I have a fear that if I start on that one they might delete my EU characters thinking im not using that server anymore?

This is like TOR's terrible service all over again ( one of the reasons I left ), the EU gets screwed yet the US never seems to have these problems.

Yep, Torchlight 2 can't release soon enough.
I did enjoy the first one.
Time for some tribes I think, shooting people in the face should help a bit now
difference is you can mod/cheat in TL.

Damn servers just went down. 
Login is being impacted by the number of players coming online after having downloaded the patch and accepting the Terms of Use. Unfortunately, the extra steps necessary to patch the game and log in is generating a lot of "Error 37" prompts for players.
We're working to fix this as soon as possible and hope to smooth out the patching process for Diablo III going forward.

Yea I know the last one was a buff but I thought I'd just link all the changes posted
But I mean come on invis for 1 second.... 1.5 runed. imo it renders SS pretty god damm useless.
Its all well and good for those screaming NERF DH's. But that is harsh. SS was the only "get out of jail free card" DH's have. If we get cornered or mistime something its going to be instant death.
Personally I would have prefered as you mentioned a CD or heck even just increase the discipline cost. But making only last one second...meh. Looks like I'm going to have to get into the swing of using vault again lol
It does have a cooldown as well now..1 second. Just enough to stop it being spammable.
That said, its still a DHs most powerful ability. You can use it to soak boss abilities and break roots, as well as prevent reflect damage effects etc. Even at 1.5 seconds it will never ever be off my hotbar. I'm in Inferno Act IV btw, and have done Acts 2 and 3 post nerf.
