I only bought Battlefield 3 2 days ago via Origin, so i havent got any of the addons and im clueless regarding the game as ive only played the single player so far

What is Battlefield 3 Premium? i see the price is rumoured to be £39.99 which give you access to DLC's?

Is this why the servers are down at present?

So when you buy the premium pack will this give you free access to all future DLC's / expansion packs etc.

yes and the servers are down due to a big clientside update being pushed out atm, may also be other things on battlelog

Servers are down for a patch, should be back around 8PM tonight.

Start and stop Origin to make sure the patch(es) are downloading.

FYI we are not currently GMT, we are +1 on BST.

21:30 GMT is actually 22:30 for us.
in the same vein, 8:30PM GMT is 9:30PM BST.

Any EA listings of GMT will be +1 for us.
