Speaking to a collegue of mine on FB earlier, we both work at schools in IT and hes mentioned that an 18yr old leaver student has given him her number and that they've shared convos before but nothing in 'that' way and he had no clue until last Friday.
Hes said that yes, he will actually go out with her if it comes to that.. I'm 29as well, 30 this yr.. is it me getting on a bit that i find this a little odd?I've had the odd 6th former having a crush but quickly put the stops on it as i just see it as plain wrong..
+1
They're both mature adults too (well, they should be anyway)
Your wife is 10?![]()

Gotta agree. There's nothing wrong with having a bit of fun if you're both consenting adults, but people that young think and act like idiots; you'd have to be immature or desperate to start a relationship with one of them. Most of the people I know who are with girls a lot younger than them is because they can't get girls their own age. Seems younger girls in the 18 year old range look up to some guy in their late 20's early 30's because they got a car, place etc. This normally means the older guy can get something above his league to smash for a little while but will never lead to a proper relationship.

I'd have to completely disagree there - IME single women in their late 20s/early 30s are usually very keen to have a relationship, especially as a lot of their friends start getting married etc...
FWIW when I was 18 it was quite normal to own a car too - are these younger girls you're referring to a bit 'council estate' or something?
Just to turn you all off 16-18 year olds - you'll probably have to have a conversation with them at some point, and that's torture.
Agreed, stereotyping gets is no where, everyones different after all.I agree partially but at the end of the day we're just stereotyping 18y/o girls which isn't going to get us anywhere.
Ranges from council estate bike to in uni and doesn't party often and all the ones in between XD
Agreed, stereotyping gets is no where, everyones different after all. There are plenty in-between, I've met some 19year old girls that do my head in, while I've met some others that are far more interesting to talk to especially if you have a few things in common.

if they turn 15 in two weeks that makes it a crime but waiting that two weeks they suddenly can make that decision for themselves?
IMO, the people that say that (16 I mean) are just trying to keep it legal in a public forum.... If they could get away with it, that age would probably be different![]()
It's always been a crime to have sex with someone that is 15.
lol nice try, you can't fool me that easy!
