wheres that? i need 8000 cause ive got to buy it twice for me ands the wife, then again fro the PC version. god this is and expensive game

Yeah posted apparently, hard to say whether it'll get there in time for next Tues...

It's not much more expensive from eBay, under £30 and you get emailed the code. Personally I already had just over 1200 points so bought enough to top me up.

Oh man, i've just seen the news today and it seems that EA is robbing people blind.

Another worrying factor is the amount of PC player salivating and buying this right up. Reminds me of the whole Modern Warfare 2 fiasco a couple of years back, you lot are absolute push overs hahaha.

in what way? its cheaper for the 4 map packs that are coming out (assuming you already have karkand from LE) and what cheat codes? some douple xp events is all i can think you mean. so what once you have unlocked everything its only a epeen thing anyway.

Anyway thanks for the heads up on Microsoft store, ive just ordered 8400 points saved myself £20.

I paid £25 for the full game the maps costs as much, if people stop buying them, they will have to resort to old school add ons.

I mean you can unlock all perks for kits and vechiles, so now u dont need skill to earn flares heat seekers for planes etc.

just use your points to be better at a game

They want 4000 points for some add ons, wtf

as a COD gamer you should know better.

Each map pack for COD is 1200 MS points.

Premium gets you 4 map packs for 4000 MS points so its cheaper, and you get some other stuff thrown in like weapons, emblems etc..

If I premium do I get CQC and future DLC for free? If so I'll buy it:)

Yes, its the same deal as COD elite basically. It includes all future DLCs up until about may next year. It works out cheaper than buying them separately, and you get the elite only stuff thrown in. Which is weapon & player camos, dog tags, different knife etc..

old school add ons were just the same. Euro Forces for BF2 was £15 for example and included about 4 maps. Whats different ?

And since when has your perks or unlocks had anything to do with how good you are at the game. Just because you paid for all the chopper unlocks, doesnt' mean you can fly one for example.

I did scoff a little on the price on PS3, said I would take a punt at £20 so a little shocked to see it twice that. buuuuuuuuuuuuuuttttttt this is the only game I play, in the last 3 months I have been in and out of the games stores and nothing has convinced me to part with my cash.
Still have to finish Skyrim, can borrow my brothers copy of ME3, curious about Max Payne but not enough to pay full price so will wait to its price plummets.

So in conclusion the only games I have bought in the last 6 months are Skryim, BF3 and FIFA. I'm universally rubbish at FIFA so will probably pass on 13.....and I'm guessing there is no new BF due in the next few months so the price started to look better value for money.

Then I realised it would be a good chance to reset my character without losing the battle pass and B2K maps.

So paid the money, got all the new stuff in the future and also have the joy of working through the unlocks again which I find pretty fun. :):)

Hey guys,

If I upgrade to the PREMIUM account for BF3 on the XBOX 360 can I still play with a mate who doesn't have it, only has Back to Kirkland or whatever?
