to use the indian store just open IE, select tools>internet options>connections tab>lan settings. tick the check box for use a proxy server for your lan and enter the ip and port listed below
122.252.248.147 port 6515

once thats done close IE and then reopen it or whatever browser you use and go to the origin store, it wont work via the origin app. the online store should now list premium for Rs.1,499.00. log in to you origin account and purchase premium, it may take a short while to go through as it's not a very fast proxy server but it does work as i bought mine this way. once you open the origin app if you click on bf3 info icon it should list premium in the add-ons and bonuses section.

me :D dont need it tbh

only reason im thinking of getting it is of close quarters and wit proxy its only few quid more.

thing is heard that ea might be banning soon for all those that used proxxies or just refunding them . so gunna sit back and play as normal.

not in any rush

wasn't the gossip about bans floating about when bf3 came out and we all vpn'd to get that early and EA said they wont ban? can't see bans getting handed out tbh.

This thread gives a highly disproportionate view. As the people posting are those likely to still be playing the game and therefore more likely to buy Premium.

I do believe though that the overall player numbers for BF3 have declined fairly significantly, so EA's potential revenue from Premium will be far less than say if they actively supported the community with timely patches etc.

56,000 on bf3 on pc at moment not peak will be about 70-80,000 during peak so yes even with premium launched they lost about 20-30,000 players in last few months was 100,000-110000

I heard they are introducing Elephants as transports and power ups for insta-gibs !! yep anyone can invent stuff :p

I'd like to know how many people were clever enough to sieze the opportunity to buy Premium whilst on their holidays, 50-60% or more ?

I get this error in IE if I try what you've just told me:

An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full

Thanks found a working one from that list. For 17 quid this is extremely tempting now. Wouldn't like to get banned though.

Is there any reason why i cant select any regions to filter when searching for servers in battlelog? Keep getting errors coming up down the side of battlelog using IE9

I get the same error. Works fine in firefox which is how im getting round it for now...

i doubt they will ban, they never when we did the same trick to get the game early when it was released. banning people would just lose them a lot of accounts.

Nope, thought about it for early access to AK, then found out the AC-130 has gone all COD, it's a scripted two gunner ride. END game for me.:D

Well, a pylon turn with a plane like the AC-130 would be tough to maintain in a game. You'd probably end up flying out of the map boundaries all the time. Probably better on a scripted flight path.

did you buy it already? just remove the proxy server settings and then load origin and login.

if you haven't bought it yet just make sure your details are correct when logging into the store.

never had any issues flying one in desert combat so can't see the problem tbh, it's not hard to fly a plane like that as i do it now in jets to scan the battlefield for targets
