Weight study

So far it seems the majority seem to be in the bracket of 'normal' on the BMI scale. There's a few under and over but on the whole pretty much what you'd 'hope for' regarding UK health. As far as BMI can tell you anyway.

Thanks all :) Any more entries would be appreciated but i've just about got enough to go on for a bit.

What have you gained from this? As without more information BMI is useless tbh :)

Because we are British. We picked a system a long time ago and we are sticking with it.....besides the OP was in imperial.

:(

Well off the top of my head, haven't checked in a while and it's probably changed due to me just sitting around for two weeks, but roughly:

Height: 182cm
Mass: 80kg
Weight: 784N
BMI: 24.2

height: 5'10
weigth: 191 lb
BMI: 27.4 almost obese

not ripped by any means, but I fill out a polo shirt the way it should be. BMI is a pointless measurement imo:

I did not need that in my life, but regardless - why is one of your boobs so much lower than the other (i was going to say left, but then i realized it was probably in a mirror and got confused)?

Notbad. I'm a powerlifter, so work on strength rather than gaining mass.

I am reasonably active but still have more body fat than I'd like. A body fat measurement would be more telling on here?

Approaching "overweight", good job I'm trying my damn hardest to put weight on. 154lbs to 180lb in around 1 year. Finally it gets noticed that I lift!
