Just fired my new OCUK pc up and opened "my computer" to have a look at what it shows and the 2xHDDs in RAID 0 aren't showing. Just shows the SSD and blu ray burner. OCUK are obviously closed now so can anyone suggest where to locate them?! They do seem to be in the case!

They might not have connected them up to the motherboard which would simply require you to open the case and connect the cables.

Pop into Disc manager and see if they are being seen there, you may need to assign a dire letter to the drives.

I can see the c:/ in the top panel and if I right click on the letter I get the option to format, but I don't want to, that is fine. The 2xhdds are visible in the bottom panel showing the amount of storage space but not in the top panel

Ahh, you need to right click on the drive like in the pic above and and select "Create New Simple Volume" changing whichever options you want.

Look what i said above, the format option wil only appear if the drive has been partitioned you should get the "Create new simple volume" option though.

Ok now I'm getting somewhere! This new simple volume says can only be on a single disk. Seeing as the 2 discs are showing next to each other and are in raid 0, do I just have to do the same for both?

Your help is very much appreciated

The drives are not in RAID config then because if they were the individual drives would not be visible to the OS. If they were you would be seeing 1 big drive with a capacity of the 2 single drives combined not two single drives.
