Overclocking is usually fine with high end cards, its when you over volt them too much that can cause problems. I would try the card without drivers before sending them back, just to rule out drivers (Uninstall them and do a driver-sweep)
Edit: or maybe run in safe mode to get a quick idea of what to expect (If you see any difference)

i've already waited a month, i have to wait another two weeks, they've sent my card to Europe, it's already been RMAd by them, but it has to be done yet again in Europe !

Maybe the burn marks on the card has lead them to believe you blew it up (which you did) with some noob overclocking?![]()
