RMA?

Overclocking is usually fine with high end cards, its when you over volt them too much that can cause problems. I would try the card without drivers before sending them back, just to rule out drivers (Uninstall them and do a driver-sweep)

Edit: or maybe run in safe mode to get a quick idea of what to expect (If you see any difference)

Well I had changed the voltage as well obviously.

Too late to test without drivers now, it is already on its way back.

Just thought I would give you an update just got a brand new replacment card, think it took about 3 weeks in total so not to bad and I even got another bag of Haribo :D

And I just wanted to say thnk you to OCUK for sorting it all out :)

dont buy from anywhere else but here...... never ever ever ok
i've just contacted B******, i've already waited a month, i have to wait another two weeks, they've sent my card to Europe, it's already been RMAd by them, but it has to be done yet again in Europe !

i'm so upset about this, they refuse to replace my card from stock, they should have done this yesterday.

i've just asked them for a refund right now but i expect it's too late, they only RMAd by card because i complained so much, if not they wouldn't have done it till July (they said this).... you think 6 weeks is bad, it would have been 10 weeks :eek:

to think that i went to B***** to save 40 quid, what a stupid thing to do !!!!

what really scares me is :- what if the next card is faulty! or it blows again at Xmas on stock settings etc

Maybe the burn marks on the card has lead them to believe you blew it up (which you did) with some noob overclocking? :p

well if so, they shouldn't encourage the card to be overclocked in the first place should they, it's therefore hardly surprising that a few of them are going to blow... after all, the card is supplied with OCing software, plus this OCing ******** is marketed all over the packaging !

this is like blaming me for the engine in an Astin Martin blowing at 130mph, when it's supposed to do 180 mph !

sorry, but it aint my fault the card blew, because it blew well below maximum OC

Shouldn't of had a cup of tea in my hand when I read that comment... its over my shirt and keyboard now. They're probably showing it around to everyone they know rather than RMA'ing it.
