Is he even natural?

Probably, but still, it's another gimmicky program that won't actually do anything different than sticking to the basics

brb doing a 36 day program then having to either do it again so it's a constant 36 day program(wtf?!) or have to cut or bulk anyway

Carb cycling definitely has it's merits and well worth looking at, but why do it in a 36 day time period, it's a load of ****

Just a marketing ploy for Grenade so people buy there products

Absolute ****, I'd recommend IF over that any day, and that's saying something as I detest IF

Don't see a problem if he's doing a max lift tbh. As long as other grip work is done and not all sets are with straps!

I used to feel the same until I ditched straps one day and started using chalk and alternated grip. I haven't looked back and now have 0 issues. Even on max lifts my grip feels well within it's limits.

Yes, I am trying to do the exercises!

The only reason I use the cross trainer is because I thought it gets all parts of the body moving so it looked ideal for the warm up process. I could try a short session on the rower instead?

Very informative post regarding the warm up. Might be worth putting it in the mobility thread? :)
Don't take this particular personal vendetta too seriously, <5 mins for a warm isn't going to cause problems... it isn't necessary though.

I may add to the post and put it in the exercise guide :)

I personally go on the bike for a few minutes, then stretch my hammies somewhat as thats my main problem area at the moment.

If my legs are a bit tight or it's cold outside when I'm walking to the gym, I'll do 5 minutes on the bike to get some blood in there. But normally I just do pre exhaustion on the leg extension machine

My thoughts exactly (although I don't hate IF :) ).

I wonder how much the supps cost too.

Why isn't it necessary? I tried 5 mins on the rower today but stopped after 3 because it was getting into energy sapping territory.

Deads today were pretty **** :( despite being the heaviest I've ever lifted (67.5kg for all 3 sets) they didn't feel all that heavy but my form was all over the place. I was bracing the core and trying to hump the bar as if my life depended on it but I can still feel that it's not right.

By the way Delvis, sorry to nitpick but it's dodgy not dodgey, every time you write that I read it as bogey for some reason :\

:p

I'll do my best next time ;)

I'll be honest, your form doesn't look that bad mate, one thing I'd say is try and get the camera higher up so we can see your back better...Theres a bench in the background isn't there? Prop it on that or something.
