Be careful out there, keep your doors locked, don't trust anyone, we are living in a sick society.
I agree with the point that the media are doing quite a lot to propagate the idea that we need to be afraid of the world we live in, despite a different reality. Police corruption was rife in the 50s, but everyone thinks of it as this golden age where your local constable kept the peace and you could trust your neighbour. In fact, perception has more to do with what we see on tv than what we see in real life.
Fear of crime is disproportionate to crime statistics. Doesn't mean crime isn't real, just that it isn't lurking around a corner waiting to put cigarettes out on your nipples.
She left the door open???
"There is no such thing as society" - Margaret Thatcher.
parents should be given the rights to discipline and hit their kids without fear of being locked up, teach these scrotes a lesson from an early age, not when they grow up and it's too late to teach them a lesson.
Lessons not learnt in blood a lessons not learnt at all!
I blame socialism combined with the relentless battering of weak minded/stupid people by the media urging people to conform to trends, fads and keeping up appearances.

Why, is education too much effort?
OMG society is blowing up! We're all awful people, we need to change... together!
He also pointed out the ethnicity of the white man. It is in no form racist or prejudice, simply stating observations clearly made by the woman taking the beating and obviouslly would have said the same thing to the police.
Muppet looking for controversy!

Why rely on education alone? Parents are failing in THEIR responsibilities because they are too busy perusing careers and the social structure of their families are failing.
Dailymail response much?
I can't help but feel that our apparent mission to be the most multicultural society on earth isn't helping, but I suppose that makes me racist![]()

Again you seem to be ignoring reality. Is it really the kids with parents busy persuing careers that are causing these problems?
He's cherry picking reality, but his point still stands. Uninvolved parents + no positive role models? You're going to have a bad time.
