Well mine has started to play up, sometimes it will charge, other times it wont, tried 2 different wall chargers and my zenis dock, same results, will charge for 10 mins or so then stop, sometimes it will fully charge ?
Called Three today to report the issue and to be honest I am not impressed, I was on the phone to them for nearly half an hour being passed from department to department finally got through to the technical department who then cut me off.
So another call resulted in having to explain the problem another three times to three different departments and was then told because I have had the phone for 29 days all they can do is get it repaired.
Apparently they have a 28 day replacement policy , I tried to explain to them that I have not had my phone 28 days because they delivered it to the wrong address, but because someone at that the wrong address signed for my phone that counts as my contract starting from that date

So after a lot of complaining and being on the phone to them for over an hour the complaints department are going to call me within 7 days to get my phone replaced, hopefully.
Not a happy chappy, imo lousy customer service.
