7th was originally Steedie's comp date, to which we were going to have a refeed, and get to maximum pump by the time the OcUK meet landed on the 14thSo I'm hoping to have my energy and strength back by the meet!
Monkee for instance would not be where he is at this point in time if he was not doing cardio along side his workout.
He COULD have got there, but it would have taken god knows how much longer![]()
Mirin' ridiculously expensive protein.
£10/100g for creatine? You serious brah?
So against all the advice given that it's a total waste of money, you've bought what must be well over a £100 quids worth of the stuff?
What advice have i been given? I have also made clear from day 1 of training in all my theads i use branded products; i have stuck with branded products throughout. I purchase Dextrose from myprotein and that it... i find their protein - poor.
Was it not ironsicene or someone similar found out to putting in low portions of protein in their products and fulll to the brim with fillers? - ( i could be wrong, but i swear i have read something recently?)
IS protein was found to be fine.

Protein is protein at the end of the day, the branded stuff just tastes better.
not really expensive protein is is; 38p per serving (90 servings) plus does not contain any "fillers" and it's creapure so yeah!
What "fillers" are we talking about here?If you mean protein content please tell me how you know your expensive branded stuff has a more reliable protein content than MP? For all you know it could be lower.
In reality we don't know the protein content for any protein is accurate because there is no third party lab testing them all.
See the link above, IS was tested by a third party and checked out fine.
