Has anyone used Good Oil before?
I'm thinking about making an evening meal of fried chicken breast along with fried onions, and green and yellow peppers - should be ok using that oil?

I use it every day :p

In my morning snack, my lunch, and pre workout snack :o

I'd use it as a dressing rather than as cooking oil personally. The high temps would damage the good fats.

Care to elaborate?

Monkee for instance would not be where he is at this point in time if he was not doing cardio along side his workout.

He COULD have got there, but it would have taken god knows how much longer :)

Well yes, 3 hours is excessive unless you are purely after the CV aspect. I was just after a bit more of an opinion than 'it's unncessary' :p
Come on Delvis, this has been discussed extensively before ;)

It's entirely possible to get to low body fat percentages without any cardio, especially steady state cardio.

Does anyone here do kettlebell exercises? I was reading mens health on the flight back from Tenerife and it seems some really good gains can be had by incorporating these into your workouts.

So you would do it purely over diet + weights? :) I'm just interested to see how different people do things.

OcUK at the top ;) Most are LiE :o

Scroll down... there's lots more!

I thought the phrase "anabolic lighting" was too good to be just ours, but actually it makes sense that it's come from here because this place is the best.

I use swings and getups in my training. Get one of pavels books on them, do what he says and you're good to go :) very detailed and quite funny.
