Tax from Pakistan?

Instead of creating a new thread....
I am looking to get t-shirts printed in China (approx. 200 of them) with an overall value of about £3-350. Would it be 20% import duty on that? If it is, It will be cheaper to get them printed in the UK :)

Never had to pay any tax when ordering clothes from abroad, specifically India. Get your relatives there if you have some to remove tags receipts etc then ask them to send the parcel. We've (well fiancee and mum) have ordered plenty of stuff without any problems.

Thats what we done last time, but was quite difficult, because for some reason there is no addresses in some places!

if the value of the goods is less than 30 quid they wont tax the parcel iirc
Each one is £50 :o about 3

It's just struck me. If you want clothes from Asia, why not just go to Primark?

Primark does not appeal to my mother, or me!

Well a taxi to Ipswich from Norwich cost me £50 a few weeks ago, so a taxi from Pakistan would be approximately £46464638838000 I think

False, The distance from Norwich to Ipswich is approximately 70.5km. The distance from Islamabad, Pakistan to Kent is 7974km. If your taxi cost you £50 then a taxi from Islamabad should cost somewhere in the area of £5655.
