So I have just had an 'incident' or 'RTC' as the police called it where the driver has failed to stop. Essentially I was 'edging' out with my indicator attempting to join very slow moving traffic and this one gentleman wasn't happy about it.
My indicator was on and both my front and back wheels were in the lane. He decided then to squeeze me out of the lane by going inbetween me and the other car in the right lane scratching both my front and back wheel arches and knocking my wing mirror off.
I attempted three or four times to get him to stop, but he refused and just hurled abusive language. I manged two snapps of the car and a video identifying the driver (at the end he was smiling and laughing at me?!) but I'm usure whether to mention to the police that I have these as they could use them against me?
I have reported the incident to the police as a failure to stop, and they are coming to interview to me tomorrow morning at work. Will I be under caution? I'm obviously nervous, and have never been involved in anything like this before.
All thoughts welcome...
