Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

I couldn't for the life of me figure out why I was suddenly dying quite often on a particular server I usually have good hit reg on. Basically people were hopping about, around corners and running straight at me and despite my best efforts I could not kill them or they were always at 100% health.
I explained this to my friend, he seems to think that jumping around messes up the hit boxes. Is there any truth to this?

Once u have equiped them with the vehicle customiser, first one just look at your mini map to see enemies in close proximity; second it works like a javalin (need someone else to laze it, either sniper or 3rd seat in tank).

My noob moment of the week was hitting the console button while in the gunner seat of a chopper. Was getting annoyed that I "couldn't fire" and ended up pressing "e" to see if it would work.

.. As I fell I forgot I had a parachute and painted someone's tank red lol

I don't get why people find this so hard? I was surprised by how easily I did it. I just went up the escalator on metro and into the lockers room and got the kill.

Apparently Seine crossing is good for doing this as you get a lot of stationary LMG users.

Not sure where I read this but I think it was Reddit, if you fire a locked javelin then quickly go into the EOD the kill will count for it, dunno if that actually works or not but worth a go :p It apparently works for other stuff too.

Rush mode

Hang around an Mcom and wait for somebody to come arm. Then burn them while they arming.

That was my plan. Until somebody landed the transport chopper right in the middle of Noshar Canals and tried to use the miniguns to defend it while people spawned on it.

I just drove up and destroyed it with the EOD bot lol.
