Ok switched it back to to normal for awhile, the camping and spawn raping on the server will not be tolerated Frods so if if happens kick them, there was a few rounds last night were in the whole team i was on only 3/4 of us were pushing as the other team was just sitting at the choke points and camping, i swear i could have kicked the whole team.


the people that sent messages were complaining that you kicked them for just killing u or some other BS, i do agree with the one we have banned on there though he has ticked me of to many times camping the area in planes and tanks
 
I'm not the sort that would kick people just because they killed me.

Last night on seine I spent th entire round trying to dig them campers out of D. Went about 3-8 on one of them, as the snipers just take you out in one shot and there's no kill cam to show you where They are hiding. Couple that with no 3D spotting and it becomes even easier to just camp and farm kills.

If I was kicking people for just killing me, I'd have kicked the whole lot, starting with the guy that kept sniping me in our RU spawn

mate never said you did kick them for that was just telling you what they said in there messages, if there been noobs on there and they got kick there going to talk **** to get back on
 
good god that last game on crossing was mental lol great to see a few harden bf vets from the forums on there :D
 
This annoys me.


Just had 10 minutes on a Strike at Karkland Map, was recon, doing a spot of sniping (not camping). Shot a few people then suddenly got kicked. Message that came up on screen was 'you have been kicked by a admin'

Why? are some admins really this childish that if you shoot them you get kicked?

Annoys me, cant remember name of the server, but seriously !!! grrr
 
Usually what will have happened is that you will have sniped the same bloke two or three times in a row.

He's come back for a revenge kill and you've killed him again. Rage sets in and they can't resist the temptation to reach for the kick button.
 
I still cant get past a few thing here.

Why can the normal guns on a Jet take down a Heli in one VERY short burst, yet the huge AA mounted guns are absolutely pathetic, they run out of puff in no time, hitting jets just doesn't happen, and they amount required to even disable a Heli is ridiculous.

Soliders with 70lbs of kit on their back, yet not a sound of a footstep to be heard is pretty bad, plus still a mutltude of sound problems.

Why is now im parachuting into Spawn Becons, and then when I land from that, I seem to break my legs and loose health. And loosing health from the most smallest jumps as well.

Also is their anyway to set a tank up to help spot C4 planters, loved in BC2 you got some faint clicking sounds when they where being stuck to the tank, but again we have nothing but ninja soldiers running about.

proximity to spot anyone close to your tank, or a good team mate, falls are still anoying yes, and the sound was supposed to have been fixed, but isnt and has gotten worse, many threads on battlelog about it.

hit detection is my main gripe right now, its awfull, so many times ive emptied a clip into some, got the hit markers and they spin round, or shoot and kill me facing the wrong way, tonight has been really bad, even broke my DS3 completly :(.

and realised the spare i bought in march from a shop on play is a fake :(.
 
Ok I'm going to have a whinge :P

I don't have much time for gaming these days so when I do get a chance I just fire up the game and hit the find me a game button. What used to happen is that I then ended up in a decent game played a few rounds for an hour or so and that was that.

Now however one of two things happens, either I get greeted with a list of stupid rules "no RPG, no m246, no shotguns, no this, no that" tell you what, why not just tell me the exact gun I am allowed to use :rolleyes: or even worse the ever more popular "the venom is for the clan. Take it = kick, shoot it = kick" er... So we are meant to run around like tools while getting blazed up by the chopper just because you spent some pocket money on having your own personal ego trip for a month?!

Or the second scenario 500% tickets making rounds take forever meaning that sometimes I don't even get the time to complete a full round.

Now I love this game and other than split screen GOW3 with a friend it is the only one I play but honestly giving the power to dictate the gameplay to on the whole, judging by the clan descriptions and pictures, kids was a bad move.

A good gunner with proximity sensor on, that doesn't jump out all the time and that spots.

I don't know if anyone else has this, or has noticed, but when I'm in the tank driving and someone puts C4 on it, it flashes up on my screen "hold X to pick up" even as engineer or whatever other class. So I've been using that lately lol.

OcUK has its own server with none of that ****. Admined by a few of us here.

Search on the list for "OcUK guts and glory"

I've noticed that too. Think it must be a little known bug.

Its the same pop up you get to pick up mines as engineer. When that pops up on your screen in a tank, RUN !
 
Ok my missis has decided that am not renewing my the server, so am sorry to say that someone else will have to sort one out :(

If they've spent money on their own server, why can't they make up their own stupid rules?

I don't see the big deal with these customs servers. It takes maybe five seconds of searching on the browser to find a server with decent rules, and then you're set.

Favourite the decent ones and you're golden. :)
