Yea, but its often hard to guage a value on the AH, as most users seem to put gear up for insane prices.

Cheers mate, ive actually placed it on the AH for 22.5mil. I may as well try get as much as i can for it, failing that ill make the Buy in at 5 mil if it doesnt sell after 36 hours.

No crit damge or socket :O would be surprised if it sold for 22.5 million.

Basically, even though I can do Inferno Act 1 with easy, Elite packs in Act 2 kill me easily. I am currently on the quest to recover Khulle's body parts and the Elites are too hard.

I would ditch Relentless and use Superstition as third passive skill instead.

Find someone to start you just before the Siegebreaker. Kill him. Skip Ghom completely. Continue along with Act 3 and forget such a stupid boss even exists.

Without massive Life on hit or life regen I don't see how you can possibly hope to defeat him. Says it all that I don't have a prayer at killing Ghom yet I've defeated Siegebreaker --> Diablo.

You must have quite a low dps wep? With 1800 str, and only 15k dps..

Had an awesome public game last night!

Act2 with two 500h+ Wizards with uber crazy gear and top-tier gems, vapourising anything that moves in seconds. I was only needed to tank the odd elite with my barb, rest of the game I was running collecting gold and IDing rares on the fly.

Didn't find anything outstanding, shield was best find.

I'm sure this has been asked before, but my searches online aren't giving me the clear answer I'm looking for. I want to upgrade my 2-hand weapon on my barbarian, which is roughly:

1000dps
+200-500 fire damage
150 str
80 vit
+41% crit damage.


There are a number of weapons I can afford which have much higher dps, but for example are lacking the 200-500 fire damage, or lacking the crit damage etc. Which of the stats are calculated in providing the base dps amount (e.g. I believe that +damage % is) and which ones aren't?

I don't want to stick down 3 million gold and find it's a sidegrade.

Everything apart from crit stuff is calculated in the dps of the weapon, I think. I'm doubting myself now...

Huh? Fire damage is already added to the weapon so its irrelevant. Only weapons with an added damage component can get that high base dps. Str you can say adds 1 dps to the weapon per point and anything below 50-60% crit damage or without a socket since you can easily put a 60-70% crit gem in it will have a serious effect on damage.

I picked up a ~1180 dps 160 str/vit w/ socket (Flawless Star Emerald) 2H Hammer for 1.7mil which I think was a pretty good deal. Course other people (like Eulogy) have gone down the route of highest dps w/ highest crit damage and not bothered with stats. Think his weapon was about 130% crit damage and ~1380 dps. Factoring in the str on mine its around 1340 but his gives me ~7k more dps because of the 48% more crit damage it has. It also loses me over 7000 hp and around 400-500 armour thanks to the 2 armour passives.

I am playing on Nightmare and got to the second act, got that little town thing and got the guy to open the gate for me. This is where I come across the timed dungeon. I died on it 2x as I just got owned trying to find the vault room. If I go back and replay from there can I do it again? Really want to find the loot in that dungeon!
