Been doing them again for a few weeks (same reason I had to stop them a few years ago). I noticed it hurt a lot more last week and seems like the pain has carried over when I tried them again this morning.[/QUOTE
No squatting is not an option I say! It's Only a little uncomfortable, hopefully more mobility will help it out, I'll foucus on that area more.

Don't worry, I'm dreading my OHP attempt too! Although Im enjoying the programme as a whole.
Is it not best to go to a specialised store to get running shoes?
Get a decent fit for your feet and you can feel how the shoes fit when going around the store.
Sorry but I'd agree with Nightmare - 20 minutes four times a week is an hour and twenty minutes of high impact usage! Remember that old adage "buy cheap, buy twice"? Well, if your knees are hurting in a few weeks time........![]()
