I'm starting to look at a new phone and came across this article...

How accurate is that. Should I just 'go buy a Nexus'?
Releases built direct from AOSP are out. I've installed this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=28535553&postcount=3058
It's quicker than the I/O release imo, and I only did a dirty flash over the top, no factory wipe.
I'll probably stick with this until CM10/AOKP is released.
Awesome'o! https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/drivers#magurojro03c
Time to "upgrade" to the official 4.1 release. Not sure if the one off xda a few weeks ago is the exact same - but always nice to have an official one.
Let's hope Google Now for English U.K. works completely asap.
... think I'll still go with AOKP once they have a stable JB rom...
Edit: Do'h! That's the binaries, not the factory images for the GNex. Hmm...
So will flash stop working with JB or just be unsupported? Installable from Play or via apk only? Will the iplayer app still work?
