If youve layed a mine then proceeded to get killed, if that mine is set off by gunfire/explosion etc. Can this cause a teamkill? Had a teamkill message pop up on a round just now whilst i was waiting to respawn. Couldnt have been a vehicle hitting it as there was no damaged/destroyed vehicle popup message.

@JimLad, dont think theyre available until september.

As a result my game seemed to be so much better, guns felt nicer to use and target acquisition and tracking seemed far more reliable. Maybe just placebo but very impressed!

Not placebo - I get exactly the same & score improvements to match the feeling :)

Yes, you can.

You can also get a team kill by killing an enemy who's cooking a grenade and that grenade dropping to kill one of your team members.
 
I *think* (ie, could be wrong) - the person has to throw the grenade just as their dying for it to work like that.

I too have been cooking grenades and they've not gone off...
 
I believe it as crinkleshoes says. It must be thrown if it is to go off. Even then the window is incredibly tiny as I've seen my grenade go but never explode next to the guy that shoots me...
