Why not go in and shoot them all? The life style they live they're not recorded anywhere and if you get every last one then no one is going to miss them. Then get a digger and bury them all and sell the caravans for profit.

You know, some people would look at this thread and be disgusted by the anti traveller comments on it.
Sadly, those people are ill informed and have obviously never met one of the thieving violent scumbags.
We live close to the location of the Hoppings in Newcastle, and despite the council insisting it doesn't lead to an increase in crime it's amazing how in the weeks it's there my neighbours seem to talk more and more about garages being broken into, things nicked or damaged outside their house, damage to cars etc.

2) There is never a good thing said about them. They turn up and park themselves on private land unannounced for Christ's sake.

and i agree with all the comments about them, every experience iv had of these animals is bad, the latest one all be it minor still wound me up, one comes into the shop where i work and asks if we have envelopes so i show him where they are (packs of 6 i think) and he says he just wants the one, i told him sorry but we only do the packs, he then goes round to the birthday card stand and takes an envelope, doesn't offer any money and tells me to go frog myself.

They're not a race. They perpetuate that ******** to give some legitimacy to their "people" and "way of life". They're ancestors of poor people that travelled to do seasonal work. That's it. Their people usually refers to their cousins and other relatives who they're all related to, breed with, fight with and thieve with.
