i posted my mates impressions saying that the nexus 7 was a lot smoother then the S3 and now it seems he is right because not only is the nexus 7 smoother then the s3 but also the galaxy nexus and thats all down to JB

Expected. Vsync and 60fps from the ground up vs hardware acceleration on ICS on the S3.

I'd say it's close enough that you couldn't call one as being smoother than the other.

However, it depends entirely on the device as well. It's not like the Galaxy Nexus has rubbish hardware.

I have had JB for two weeks on my galaxy nexus. Its soooooo much better than ice cream. I will never switch away from Google reference phones / tabs.

Sixaxis Controller has been updated to work with JB now. Works perfectly on the Nexus 7 Just had a few games of Sonic 2.
