Never heard of Guardians of the Galaxy but from what I'm reading it'll probably be Thanos' big debut (and presumably the last film before Avengers 2 hits in 2015), very much looking forward to Winter Soldier though as I recently read that and thought it was a very good tale (I suspect they'll get someone more well known to play Bucky this time round though)

Iron Man 3 1st Trailer

cant wait for all of those! Iron man 3 the most. Must agmit though, i want to see a Hulk movie with Mark ruffalo in it in the future. Thought he was excellent in the Avengers.

Apart from Hulk, Iron Man 1 and Avengers, most of the recent marvel ones were pap, not got high hopes for any of these TBQFH!

Winter Solider has the best potential though.

I heard that the black panther was the next avenger to be launched?

Marvel keep talking about how they want to do smaller budget films to introduce other characters, so lets hope the rumours about Black Panther are true.

I think Guardians of the Galaxy has the potential to be the worst film yet, tbh.

Indeed, wtf is that Raccoon thing? Looks ****.

Yeah it'll essentially just be a massive CGI cartoon, I think. It'll take a special script and director to have us take cinematic versions seriously.

I think there's a line with comic book films, and the less humans you have in there the worse things are going to be.

Guardians of The Galaxy genuinely makes no sense to me, so little known, as above, unless it's something seriously special, it ain't going to to pull the same audience as the rest, it's just not a big name.

Ant-Man, never really appealed to me, barely read anything in the comics with him. Just Hank Pym in the Ultimates. But hell, anything by Edgar Wright, and with Joe Cornish writing, should be fantastic fun.

Yup sadly,

Sony doesn't want to play ball with the Marvel crossover bonanza.

We almost got the Oscorp building in the Avengers New York Skyline... Almost. Be as close as we'll get until this trilogy plays out. After that, who knows.

It's not that they don't want to play ball, as such, it's more that Sony own cinematic rights and don't want to relinquish them given how much cash it generates for them. Hence the quick Spider-Man reboot.

So won't play ball in other words. They own the cinematic rights, but they could if they wanted to, come to a deal with Marvel/Disney to crossover. Only harm here would be having to then take into account continuity when creating their own films.

I seriously just consider it a case of them being greedy. Spiderman appearing in an Avengers film would have no bearing on their own films performances really, if anything it might boost them as more people feel the need to be seeing anything tied into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

For instance Ant-Man will be a lower budget flick I reckon, yet it'll pull in some serious numbers purely for being interlinked with this universe.

There is nothing stopping Marvel approaching Sony with an offer (either for the license or for a crossover deal) There is nothing to suggest Sony are being greedy, perhaps Marvel just don't want that yet/haven't approached them?

True, I really should have said that's pure speculation, I can't help but imagine somebody has went to Sony and asked about the possibility, Spiderman is probably Marvels most famous character, I'm sure they'd love to have a tie in somewhere, he's a massive part of the marvel universe.

Personally I'm not sure I'd want him in the avengers, but a nice cameo or scene where Fury finds him and ridicules him for being just a kid would be brilliant.
