Well in fairness i would question anyone who wanted to go there, gym or otherwise ;)

True.

I seem to be getting this every lunchtime:

"Oooooooooooooh that looks healthy!!!"

What, am I supposed to be eating macaroni cheese every lunchtime?

Don't even go there, i have to eat in secret otherwise id have no end of it

Tell what is nice, those weight watchers steam bags.

20g protein
28g carbs
1.2g fat

Things are practically built for bb'ing i love em.

I've been following the basic guide from Gordy's thread and I feel I'm having problems with deadlifts and was wondering if you guys could give me some advice? As to if I'm doing it right or wrong, as I'm unsure.

What's the salt content of those bad boys? Might be good macros, but could also cause you to retain **** loads of water bro

Happy to report that the wrist has improved today :D still, another rest day today, will continue my light weight week tomorrow and Friday.

Salt doesn't bother me too much atm, my job kind of requires it otherwise i'll cramp up horribly.

Anyway 0.6g per meal, so yeah there is a bit.

Shouldn't they? Sorry for the noob questioning, hope you don't mind

Nope, you should actively try and push them outwards.

Edit: scratch that thought we were talking about squats, but they still shouldn't be coming inwards really.

Can't see very much in that video, however:

1) Why are you using mixed grip? It's only meant to be used when you can't hold on to the weight of the bar any more.

2) Your grip on the bar is too narrow, causing your knees to have to move inwards. This is horrible, you should never see this type of movement when you're doing anything.

3) You need to be deadlifting from the right height. The centre of the bar needs to be 9" from the floor, so you need to use plates that have a big enough diameter. Judging from the type of plates you have, this is going to mean putting at least 20kg on per side.

4) It looks like you are bending your back. Don't.

5) Read the exercise guide thread.

Anyone emailing me about diets or sending me updates, I've lost access to my gmail, it's being looked into but in the mean time, I won't be able to read or reply. I'm not ignoring you :)

Looks to me like your knees are bent inwards? Could be the angle mind

And Monkee: Get the **** back on holiday! :p

Sorry brah, felt like having a quick brah whilst hiding the from the 28c sunshine ;)

Having a massive excess of salt isn't going to do your body any favours just because you're trying to avoid a cramp. In fact the negative impacts of having an excess of salt intake will far outweigh the benefit you think you're getting. Love those arteries and water levels and start taking the time to cook decent meals without massive amounts of preservatives!

To be fair, some people have a far better salt tolerance than others. For example, a guy I know puts salt on everything towards the end of his prep and doesn't retain any excess water because of it, while as myself, I look puffy as hell if I start adding salt to my meals

So, while I totally agree that too much is bad, if your body can handle it, a little salt from time to time isn't going to do any harm

From time to time I agree with you, and I think a bit of salt is definitely a good thing to have. And let's face it, tomatoes taste great with them!

But reading between the lines, I think Hux is having a few of these meals a day ;D
