Listening in to the police radio it sounds like one man fled on foot. A few minutes later something was said about two women in a 7/11 seeing a man running down a street matching his description. Now talk about the police clearing the second floor of a Maceys.

Some reports in the news are saying that there were two men with one in custody.

Since we don't yet know the reason for the spree it's impossible to say what would or wouldn't have stopped him.

I can say for one thing for sure though - banning guns certainly wouldn't make things any worse...
