Distribute the folder, whoeevr cracks it first wins a prize

Does true crypt have an option that after so many password attempts it self destructs? My iPhone has the option that after ten bad attempts to unlock it, it erases itself.
Well really the first three paragraphs made no sense
Still don't tbh :/
Couldn't you just duplicate the disk image?
Not really, 6 chars is weak and could take from 10 minutes up to 18 days.
?? how so - if he's got a rough idea idea of the length of the password then surely brute force is workable
my password - Brute Force Attack will take up to 10968476 years![]()

I've never used true crypt, but if I had a need to use it, a self destruct option would be nice to avoid instances were someone was looking to get access.
Didn't think of that. I'm pretty sure they have to duplicate for digital forensics anyway, so in that case (it being seized by law enforcement) self destruct would be useless.
You can't implement something like that as the hard drive can be write protected or cloned.
haha, If you're going to try and poke fun at the OP, dont say "still dont" instead of "still doesnt"
But anyways, OPs post was missing a word if i remember correctly, but it wasnt hard to figure it out.
