Alienware m18x or m17x r4?

Good stuff :)

Ive got 4gb of ram from my old m17x3 if you want it to stick in it (2 x 2gb PC3 - 10600S) Its of no use to me and not really worth anything so if its of use, just send me a trust message and ill pop it in the post.
 
Omg setup my m17x r4 last night and its hugeeeeeeeee ..so big i thought it was an m18x !! Much bigger than i thought..imagine how big the m18x is:eek:

Cpu is running at 50-55 % C idle and the 680m is running at 55-58 idle...aint that temp quite high for a 680m running idle:eek:

This beast looks really stunning in the flesh and is super quick, the 120hz screen is superb and very bright. Ill be honest it totally exceeded my expectations and wipes the floor with all my previous gaming laptops :D

Actually, the 18 looks very similar to the 17, I was a bit disappointed last year when I got an 18 to replace a 17, I ended up sending it back anyway though because it was goosed.
 
Got the M17x R4 as I wanted 3d vision 2 and a 120hz screen and I must say its bloody amazing :D

The 3d on the screen m17x is amazing in games and so much brighter than 3dvision mk1:)
 
its almost heartbreaking seeing a simialr spec on the outlet for much cheaper than what you paid, but hey its going to happen, have to wait till next tuesday for mine to arrive.

How often do these appear and what's the best time to get them i bought my last laptop from the outlet store and have been checking it religiously but have not seen anything like this come up.

Do they post new deals in the afternoon?
