I would find it creepy if it made no noise at all.. Im so used to my computer's making noise... When i built my server it was really quiet, and if i woke up in the middle of the night and i couldn't hear a hum, i used to have to check that it was still on :p

get a big cpu cooler with two low rpm fans and have everything else either low rpm or passive, + soundproofing? :p
and SSD's ofc.
 
Fortress FT-02 mini - what the FT-03 should have been.

Chop the entire front 1/3rd off, lower is considerably, provide support only for a slim drive and a few ssds on side behind motherboard.
