Technical Repair Nudes.

We are supposed to check for things like that, found loads from peoples partners to stuff off the net.

Best one was we rebuilt a laptop for an Indian chap who was in the UK for a little while (learning the contracts we support) and he only had it 2 days and broke it, found over 4Gb of porn pictures to which he accused us of 'planting' them there!!!

He went back to Hydrabad shortly after.

This is the problem, a lot of people do blame repair people for putting things there. It's not a nice feeling been accused of something you never did.

It was quite funny because the security team checked when the files were last updated and each was the day after he was given the laptop in the 1st place.

File creation dates can be manipulated unfortunatly.

Also deleting someone elses files is pretty low and contemptable regardless of what it is, if its illegal material then contact relevant authorities.

had this tons of times,

one was working in a charity shop, had a bunch of VHS dumped on me, We check them for any alarming content. and walla, it was the bird who handed them in a few years younger, getting her pastie smashed.

but best one, i was fixing Macs for a while doing laptop logic boards (mostly) that had failed, we had a ext hard drive we kept for 'backing up' pron from computers. we fixed a birds ibook, that had a ton of self pron on it, her father is a very well known english gangster actor, she is also now an actress.

and i def would lol
