Ah yea from questing... you wont level up that quickly from just PvP - the bonus would help on that; but depends how you play. I couldnt stand PvPing that much

True, I just found the PVE elements very meh at times
True, I must confess the planetary stuff is a chore now after a few level 50's and 30's but I am still curious by the class stories which push me forward; tend to spam the rest.
Want to get back into this, fancied completing the other story lines then leaving it at that
I would say if that is what you want out of it then wait until November if you can as you'll be able to do it for nothing.
It will be F2P for all class stories 1-50 so with the other poster who just wanted to do class stories waiting is the best option imo.
If you want to do Flashpoints, Operations or Warzones I'd say just sub for a month if you believe you'll enjoy it because all signs are they'll be heavily limited in terms of how many you can do per week as F2P and Operations you won't be able to do at all.
I've been leveling a trooper alt for a couple of weeks now and trying to skip a fair bit of the planetry content. I haven't played a republic toon before so it's all quite interesting but in all honesty I really don't like the mechanics of the trooper so I'm trying to get through it ASAP.
First off I bought all the + XP legacy bonuses as they do really help at lower levels, I make sure I do the daily flashpoint, warzone and space missions and you'd be amazed at how much XP you get from doing those alone. I'll push through my class missions until I get close to a level balance and then I go back to playing my main. This way I constantly have rested xp bonus and I'm not doing any content I don't want to.
All that being said I'm only level 25. God damn though are troopers boring to play, I have no idea how people put up with it.

I'm playing an Operative at the minute and "pulling teeth" seems like a fair description.

J heard about the whole legacy improving levelling via pvp if you chose that route etc.. Little did I realise it's upto 10% bonus and needs about legacy lvl 5 for even stage 1 (2%) but of a con and really not worth it

I just enjoy healing with it and the story is pretty good compared to the trooper imo.I have to say my least favourite toon is my Powertech (Tank Spec atm) - i just don't find him fun at all, got up to level 38 and on Taris and just can't bare to continue at the moment, levelled with a Marauder friend as well. Not sure what it is but just not fun, tanking seems especially difficult with him to more so then my Jugg at least?
I am currently levelling a Sorc as well though, she's just hit 30 herself; but I am only levelling outs for a few hours a week as slowly getting fed up with gaming so taking a bit of break - I just log on to raid at the moment, looking forward to the new content though and how F2P might change things

Leveled my Operative as a healer alongside an Assassin tank, certainly made things easier both being able to stealth and with some cc we could duo pretty much everything except flashpoints on the way to 50.
I've just respec'd my Sage as a hybrid damage dealer and loving it, also swapped Nadia as my main comp for Qyzen again, but the problem is his gear is naff as he's not been used for months.
So I've bought him a full orange suit, but now I need to armour him up. What should I be kitting him up with, Nadia stuff was Willpower primary and Crit Rating secondary, so it's useless for Qyzen who I'm using as a tank. I was thinking Endurance primary and Strength secondary, am I right? I don't wanna spend money on the wrong pieces of kit.
