Agreed. I wouldn't give a ****, especially if through the medium of twitter . . people need to get a grip and get off twitter.
Which is? Prison time? How about jailtime for calling someone a pratt or saying that you don't like the government in power? Where do you draw the line?
Who happens to create these laws, administer them and apparently abide or break them? People with agendas to fill and money plays a huge factor as it always has.
The law happens to be quite flexible, so it ends up being less law and more "oh look i accidentally fell on to this suspect, oh dear i have crushed his skull...oops lol"
Or atleast that seems to be the general attitude of most people around.
Police involved? why involve them at all in a case that can easily be dealt with by Twitter suspending the account.
Some people just want to watch the world get shackled and chained, i say.

Like others have said who cares. People (especially celebs) really shouldnt be phased by this sort of thing. Surely they must know there are people out there who arent particularly fond of them!

Yes it does (or at least did anyway) but the guy should not be surprised or complain if Gary Barlow kicks his teeth in, if it's acceptable for a government to limit freedom of speech through arrests etc. well then you can easily argue that China are a bastion of free speech too.

I'm not offended myself by this guy sending messages or gaining notoriety on twitter as it's not my child, I just don't get what would drive a man whose clearly wealthy anyway to do this to make himself more well known. I was interested in the legalities of doing this and it seems he's sure he's in the clear.
I don't ever use twitter and I can understand why it's full of trolls, I just didn't get why the guy that abused Daley got a caution iirc and this guy hasn't even tried to hide who he is and has gone even further.
