My Eye's are Getting Worse

I go to Vision Express but i'd hardly recommend them - after my next eye test my glasses will probably come from the Internet, memory titanium frames with 1.56 photochromic lenses, anti-reflection, uv and scratch resistant coatings for £90? Yes please.

Makes you wonder just how much these high street opticians are ripping you off...

Perma, I know this thread is a year old, but where are you getting all that for £90 please?

I really need some memory titanium glasses, since regular ones tend to get bust pretty bad the first time my nephew kicks a football in my face. (and by the 3rd time they're held together by sticky tape )

Tesco offers eye tests for free.
Go there, get your prescription and then go to Glasses Direct.

His company are paying for the eye test already so it doesn't matter if any of the chains is offering free tests really.

Just had my first eye test in 10 years after laser eye surgery. I went to Boots/D&A, seemed pretty good. Getting some glasses.

I was just going by the first site i found on google. They all seem to come with free 1.56, UV, anti-reflective and scratch resistive lenses, and you can pay for other stuff - like high impact for £15 or photochromic for £25.
