My verdict is why are you asking for those details before agreeing to model for them?!

Business is business, most of this stuff is generally the same. So bend over and learn to earn the money :p

Out of principle, I dont want to put my name to something that is something i would not pesonally use. Regardless of the money, free supplements on offer.

Also is anyone interest in seeing any other breakdown of products?

creatine,
fatburners,
mass gainer,
pre-workout
nitro pump tablets
test booster
Recovery

Reason for asking is they asked if there is an interest as i mentioned OcUk and they would put together special promo code upon product release if there is particular interest

Can you get your knees forwards past your toes? If not, go go mobility thread.

I can, although not as well as I use to. Working on it all :D

Gotta love Heyfever, snotty'ish nose and I've got the constant little headache at the back and right side of my head. Not sore, just a little ache.

Ugh, I managed to go most the summer without so much as a sneeze, Now NOW it decided to have a go at me

I could appreciate that if you were established and your name meant something. But to start out you want to make sure that its not a crap product and that's about it surely? Lots of people out there are starting to want to do this sort of thing hence the recent crop of male fitness comps at things like Olympia

Id like to see what they have in their far burners, and pre workout

Nitric Oxide tablets which i think go hand in hand with their PWO from what i understand from the meeting

Fat Burners

They'll have to reformulate their PWO pretty soon as it looks like the 1,3 dimeth ban is actually starting to be enforced.
I know jack3d is slowly disappearing and warrior supplements are reformulating their blaze product to get rid of it.

Early days yet, im only two weeks in to my routine, but for the first time I think I can make some progress.

Im low muscle mass and carry fat on my lower abdomen which is as much genetic as it is due to food.

This is my routine.

I do:

Day 1:
Bench Press5x5
Barbel Curls 5x5
Plank
Power walk home from gym 30mins

Dayoff: 30 mins swimming laps

Day3:
Military Press 5x5
Cable Pull Downs 3x18 Super Set
Crunches 30
Power walk home from gym 30mins

Dayoff: 30 mins swimming laps

Day5:
Leg Press 3x10
Pull Up's 3x10
Leg Raises

Dayoff: 30 mins swimming laps

Return to Day 1 etc etc etc

Very good routine for getting stronger... hope it will be enough for me to lose some fat as well...

Considering my diet is cleaned up and I was a couch potatoe before, surely this is better than before..

It's not a great routine to be honest, needs more focus on compounds especially squats rather then leg press and deadlifts.
Also you don't want to be doing 5x5 for isolation exercises such as curls but then 3x18 is excessive, it just seems quite confused.
I'm sure one of the guys will come along and give you some more detail because I really should be working :o

Forgot to mention, squats and deads where removed becuase I have knee issues.

I have cartilage damage in the knee, squats hurt, I think becuase the knee cap is moving around under stress, leg press seems to be fine.

Depending on what resource you read, I can show you a no bs article that states that 5-8 is the optimum reps for muscle gains.

Guys, how is this routine? im still going 5x5 on week 13 now, but added a few extra things.

Workout A
5x5 squat
10 x lunges
5x5 bench press
5x5 chin ups
5x5 bent over row

Workout B
5x5 squat
10 x lunges
5x5 overhead press
5x8 tricep pushups
5x5 deadlift

sounds like a very intensive workload, couldnt imagine deadlifting after that lot. How do you expect your cns to cope? U either have to work waaaay below your maxes or you will just have crap lifts

I was going to say the same thing. Way too much.

Oh and the idea of my routine, is I add, 0.5kg to the bar, each time I come to the bar, to do a specific excersie.

Really? im on 65-70kg squats at the moment as im going through the 5x5 system,
benching 72.5, same on the bent over row, deadlift im on 87.5

I find deadlift is really hard but i manage to keep good form 90% of the time, i cant imagine benching much more at the moment and pretty much the same on the squats. Overhead press im on 50kg but sometimes drop to 47.5 as i struggle to do 50 sometimes.

If this is to much, how should to change my sets? bearing in mind the equipment available is a power rack and weights bench.

Oh i weight 69-71kg, it fluctuates.

Thanks

The less things you try to fit in, the more energy you can give to each excersie, I'm a newbie, so probably shouldnt be given advice, but if you try to cut it down, you will have more power to increase your weight, and hence continue to make progress.
