Assaidi , according to people who should know about him ( so not me! ) claim he's like a younger faster Kuyt - hard working, runs all day, good football brain but limited technically. For £3 mill and 21k wages we can't complain really

They need to start unveiling players like real Madrid , they do it in style.i think when united spend over £20 mil on a player we should declare it a bank holiday.So we can spend all day watching YouTube vids and rearranging our FUT

Just taking a risk in hoping they'll come straight back up. Wolves don't exactly really need the money that desperately so if they do manage it the chairman and board will be praised, but if not some fans will probably be annoyed when they end up going for £4m a piece along with the rest of the squad next season.

You can never be sure with attacking players coming from the Dutch league, their record doesn't always translate (although there have been some great buys like Overmars and Van Nistelrooy).

As for £9.5m for Jarvis I don't think that is anywhere near as outlandish as £14m for Fletcher. Jarvis is a good player and good English players with Prem experience for under £10m aren't always easy to come by.
 
Robin Van Persie arrived at Bridgewater Hospital at 9:10pm for his medical which is taking place now to finalise his move to Manchester United.
