Cool, so they're gonna lower tax so we can emulate the work ethic yeah?
Low-tax is another way of saying low-services.

It's rich coming from MPs who've done **** all most of their lives and wouldn't know an honest days work if it snuck up and violated them from behind.
Even if the government pays you to actually produce something useful, it doesn't mean you're going to produce it efficiently. Look at coal mining, it required billions of government subsidies to keep running because it was hugely inefficient and uncompetitive. The idea that you could have made it more efficient by giving the miners more holidays is ridiculous.
We live in a country where if you don't work you'll be fine.
Only because of massive debt which is running out.
If the Chinese were able to run a huge deficit every year I'm sure they could stop working too if they felt like it. Until someone notices and stops lending them money.

He's a Tory, he's supposed to hate British workers?![]()
No it's not it's because we have a stupid Nanny state that will go, Oh you don't want to work because you can't be arsed? Okay well if you turn up at the Job Centre once a week, look like you are trying to find a job, we'll give you some money. It's ridiculous, and the people who aren't lazy, who do work have to ****ing pay for it!
It's a big complicated circle of fail, but the key is ever increasing amounts of debt. It can't function without the debt.
This is a result of incentive problems. A problem of welfare it that it destroys incentive and creats dependent class, the "don't feed the animals argument". The public sector is also known for being lazy and taking far longer to complete tasks that profit motivated individuals.
which we're currently in the process of pretending trying to reduce...
what makes you say that?
your idea that 'the key is ever increasing amounts of debt.' is ridiculous tbh...
western capitalist economies don't necessarily need increasing debt
