I own both the Galaxy S 3 and the One X. I had the One X first and liked it but ultimately it's lacking in a few key areas. Nexus has highlighted them above.
There's no doubt from me at least that the S3 is a considerably better phone, it's pretty much better in every possible way, and the battery life is roughly 30/40% better, which is quite a big difference (depending on what you do, of course).
In your position it's probably wise to wait a few weeks, check out the new iPhone and then decide. If you still aren't sure then there should be more phones out after that, the new Nexus phone for example.
If you think the blue S3 looks good, there's almost zero reason not to get one. It ticks all of the boxes, it's the best phone.
