And yes, 3 sets both sides.
RDL = Romanian deadlift
Pallof press, you answered that![]()
I dont know but the surgeon was nodding his head, when I said that it hurts more walking down stairs than up.
Walking down starirs the knee is traveling in its grove and bearing your weight.
Its the cartilidge beneath that I have damaged, so it is touching bone underneath.
RDL with DBs should be completely safe.As for RDL.... will have to see. Its too form dependant, with no one to coach me, not sure if good idea. Il look in to it tho, before dismissing it.
openthedisciple, gonna use otd from here out, worrying about how to do a facepull when you have a 40kg bench makes me face palm. The type of exercise a face pull is means its slightly different on most people it becomes clear once you can properly activate the muscles how your body wants to perform it. Cant you just stick to the absoloute basics for a bit and get going? Your posts, whilst i understand a certain anal need for the 'right' program, are just overcomplicating the process of lifting weights. Am i the only one who advocates compound focussed training on here? Im sure im not.
Oh you shouldnt add rotation? From first look I thought this was for the obliques?
See now im confused, both sides? But you video is straight down the center.

Ah thanks for Delvis for reminding my of the ole Pallof Press, showed it to the other trainer at the gym and he was like "Is that it?"
He add 15kg on the cable and proceeds to go "ugh, bloody hell that's hard" haha.
I have been confided upon to bestow a small message to our fellow gym goers by one of our ever beloved lifters after he reached an almost indescribably idyllic number of posts on this great forum;
