Guild Wars 2

I have no clue what classes are OP and which ones are gimped so hopefully I'm not making a big mistake if I decide to start as an Engineer.

I'll end up with multiple Chars endgame anyway so I supose it wont matter to much ?

I'm in the same boat; we can level as retards together if you're interested :p.

Might be cool to have a group of noobs, I'm certainly one :p

It felt like I didn't have enough hands really. I was using WASD + RMB on mouse to move, but then when I attack am I supposed to be somehow stretching my fingers to the numbers or clicking on them with the mouse? I clearly need 3 hands.

I thought they were posting some information about account security some time this week? Something along the lines of a Blizzard authenticator type application for your phone.

It'll become natural after a while :) MMOs are a different kind of beast. I'll be in The Immortals too come release so let me know if you need a hand (not a physical one, sadly) with anything.

Rebind. I use Q,1,2,3 for class abilities (the usual F-keys), Alt to weapon swap, T for weapon slot1, R / Shift+R for weapon slot 2+3 and E / Shift + E for weapon slot 4+5. G is heal, then C / Shift+C, V / Shift+V for utility/elite slots. Middle mouse is dodge.

With that I can keep moving / refocusing camera whilst spacking abilities.

I think I'd struggle with the whole button and shift+button as skills. I found this keybinding that looks like a might be able to cope with it a little better

I was a big WoW player back when the first Guild Wars came out, and I never got into it. Just wondering how good this will be? And how good it's going to be etc? I get that most of you in here will be bias towards the game, but still :p I'll be playing purely for PvP, but I don't want to play where I just have full max gear and levels etc which I believe you could do in the first game, as that takes all the fun out of it for me.

Thanks for anyone that can give any hints, been watching vids on YouTube but it doesn't give you the greatest idea.

I got a Nostromo for this, will be quite the learning experience.
