I want Granny Smith to sue Apple for everything for copyright infringements. That would be a golden, delicious moment.
 
It's amazing to think what could have been patented under the current system if it wasn't prior art, like:

System for moving an on-screen pointer with a hand-held device... (a mouse!)

And yet these systems are so intuitive that your Gran can understand them instantly...
 
Apple are a horrible company. Remember the days when they used to claim to be bullied by the big dogs like Microsoft. Now look what's happening.

All they have done is harm themselves, was it a jury of sadomasochistics?
