You're missing the point of his post. He's not saying she cant and not saying she shouldn't be allowed. He's saying that when in the spotlight, if one wants to keep her boobies underwrap, they should be kept under wraps.

Whilst on the hunt I came (oo err missus) across some rather unfortunate pictures of Emma Watson duffering a wardrobe malfunction.
 
If I took photos of my neighbour sunbathing topless I would be done by the police. How come newspapers can do it? Does the press pass exclude you from prosecution? If so, I want one haha!
