I'll never understand people idolizing the royal family, they're not even our royal family, they're Germans - the Saxe-Coburg-Gothas. Windsor is just a name they made up essentially for PR reasons during the war.

Christ, you sound like an American! "Well I feel so Irish because my Great Great Great Granddad was an Irish man who travelled from Ireland to the US in 1824 which is why I call myslef American-Irish".

Ha! This kind of thing used to drive me crazy when I lived in the states. It's almost the case that if you didn't have some kind of other blood you weren't good enough.

When I was traveling on a tour in Austrlaia the guide asked if we 'had anyone from Ireland'. These three lads put their hands up. later on I find out they're american but they had one fifth irish or some nonsense.

Remind me again, how long does you family have to live in Britain before you can be considered British? I would have thought 300 years would have been enough...

I don't get the pippa arse hype. From far away behind it looks like she has the perfect waist to hips shape but side on it's pretty flat. I do think Kate is stunning though and I'm actually plotting on killing the entire royal family and taking the throne and Kate as my own.
