Are you saying that there is no mistake that could be classed as moronic? Obviously there is a variable "moron" scale whereby one mistake is more moronic than another. For example, accidentally knocking a glass off a desk isn't very moronic, but letting a child play with a running chainsaw is very much the act of a moron. I'd class parking on zigzags as a little moronic - worthy of a mention at least.
I'd class using the world "Troll" incorrectly as even more moronic.
regardless, this is not a 'who is the most moronic' thread. because to be fair it is the OP, but to call him such over and over is not necessary is it?
mistakes are mistakes. be careful not to gloat so much, never know what's around the corner.

The OP didn't make a mistake, the OP's only mistake was not understanding one of the more important things in the highway code. The OP only has their own ignorance to blame for this. Whilst I don't know what is around the corner, I can be certain I won't be fined for parking on zigzags on a crossing that are there for a reason.
It's pretty simple really isn't it, you get taught while learning and taking the theory test. You don't stop on zigzags and you don't change lanes on one either. Only one person at fault!
