**Official 3D Mark 11 scores**

Yeah that looks about normal, with 1200mhz on the core and a higher memory overclock you can usually hit 1500 score. You need to transfer to the actual Heaven thread though :p

Dammit, so should I have gone for the 3770k over the 3570k after all?

Not unless you're going multi-GPU and even with 2 cards the increase in performance ain't that much. :D

I moved from i5 Sandy to i7 Ivy and increase in performance in games and in total was no more than 5% at the very, very best. Obviously 3DM11 score was helped tremendously.

Ahh ok, would be nice to have a higher 3DM11 score I suppose, but not really worth it with a single card.

Well heres a quick vid of BF3 64 player server maxed out and at 'almost' 1080p as i needed windowed mode to show task manager. Wish my android cam quality was better indoors :p

Seems to use 6 threads most of the time but i see 7 sometimes too..

Disclaimer: I suck at BF3 but i only play for fun :D

I'll check my self once I get my system up and running in a few hours, as I said its just what I heard someone on these forums mention the other day, I have nothing to back it up on how many threads it can use, I'd presume if needed it could use as many as it wanted.
